Clare H	Hey, I just have a quick question. I'm writing a book (about half done) and I've started thinking about publishing it when it's finished and edited, ect.ect. The only thing is, I recently moved to Costa Rica, and I'm not sure how to go about publishing from a foreign country. Do publishers or agents even take on new authors from different countries? Any advice would be great! Thanks in advance
