Hey, I just have a quick question.

I'm writing a book (about half done) and I've started thinking about publishing it when it's finished and edited, ect.ect.

The only thing is, I recently moved to Costa Rica, and I'm not sure how to go about publishing from a foreign country.

Do publishers or agents even take on new authors from different countries?

Any advice would be great!

- 2008 Guide to Literary Agents

And know agents are never to be paid
upfront. I learned these things for
myself as an author here in Atlanta

There's an online Self Publishing company that allows you to publish even if you are in Costa Rica. Also, publishing is free, you only pay when you order a book. I'm doing publishing and PDF support for some authors there. Check the website at http://www.lulu.com.
