StyleWriter Writing Software

Most documents could benefit from strong editing to improve clarity and readability.

Most of us have poor writing habits, making our writing dull and long-winded. This makes it difficult to get our message across.StyleWriter changes your habits by showing you how to edit your writing into a clear and readable style. An ideal program for anyone who needs to communicate clearly in English.

The most remarkable thing about this software is how easy it is to use. I find it particularly useful for anyone writing a nonfiction or business-oriented book. Most business people aren't writers. Rather than hire a ghostwriter to write your book (this could cost you $10,000 and up), you're probably more inclined to write it yourself. If you want to write a book, and you've never tackled the task, it's always a good idea to get help.

But if you've never written a book before and have limited your writing to articles or special reports, then it's likely your writing is a little weak. The truth is that few people really know how to write well, which is why ghostwriters charge so much. They know this, and take advantage of the fact that any consultant or nonfiction writer who wants to make an impact knows that the book has to be well-written, or they'll look like idiots to their prospects and customers.

That's why I like this software. It can make you look like you know what you're doing!

I know that some people like to use the editing software built into Microsoft Word. Personally, I won't use this software because it does a lousy job of cleaning up my writing goofs. Sure, it will find most spelling errors (except for things like 'the' instead of 'they'), but as far as the grammar and flow of the book, Microsoft's software is... well, it's from Microsoft. What more can I say?

This is software I can highly recommend to help you write like a pro. Again, if you're writing nonfiction, I'd get my hands on this piece of software before you even finish your first draft.
