The guards to the Heifort estate let me nin with a nod and a wave respectively. I greeted them politely, but I was in a rush! I needed 'Volunteers'!
My first stop was Tomas's room. I knew my way around the estates almost as well as my family's compound, so it didn't take long to reach his room.
Being the calm, polite friend I am, I opened the door softly. Then slammed it the rest of the way. "WAKE UP!" I roar. Tomas, who was peacefully sleeping, jumped up from laying down. He looked around wildly, eventually turning fully to look at me. "Bites, what the fuck?" He asked, breathing hard.
"Get dressed, we have things to do! Oh, and get your brother! Family exercise day!" I say, with admittedly far too much cheer. He just looks confused, nods, and grabs his head.

"Don't forget your armor!" I call, already slithering away. Next on my list was Charlotte. She was in the opposite wing of the house, and it took me a tad bit longer to get to her door, but I arived in good time.
This time, I did knock. After a bit of time, I knocked louder. I couldn't hear anything- wait, a mumble... maybe? Hmmm. There is a solution here. I close my fist and hit the door hard. A shout is my response, and I call through the door. "Charlotte, can I come in?"

"I'll take that as a yes. I'm coming in!" I call through the door. I open it without ceremony, and rush in. I see the young girl tangled in her bed, half aware. I scoop her up bedsheets, blanket, and all, and spin.
"How's my favorite short sister, hmmm? It's been so long!" I hiss happily. She mumbles incoherently again, and looks like she wants to go back to bed. I laugh happily, and set her on her feet. She stumbles, and I hold her shoulder.
"Get dressed, sister. Rugged clothes, boots, the lot. We're having family time! And, if you want, you can join us!" I say happily.
"Doinn' wha?" She slurs.
"Why, training, of course!" I say, and i grin with malice. "Fun training..."
