Everything was going well, until it wasn't. I was guarding Anibeli as she sat on her command throne. Was I expecting anyone to come aboard and storm the bridge? No. Was I hoping for it in my long dead heart? Mayhap, but I'll never say.
When I first detected the metric shitstorm of a warp phenomena occurring in the bridge, I was moving. My chronosense was on full blast, and everything was moving at a snails pace.
I watched as the three supposed astartes teleport onto the bridge. I did not expect this. I had read a bit about them. Emergency measures are required.
Ancillary processes were turned off, and I became focused. My objective was to safeguard one Anibeli Berekel. Action was required to confirm and assure safety of subject.
I lessened my chronosense, but kept it on as best as I could, calculated for maximal efficiency. Without hesitation I pulled my gauss pistol. My hand grabbed the back of Anibeli's clothing and ripped her backwards.
Yells were erupting as the bridgecrew panicked and pulled sidearms, while the marines began cutting with blades. They had guns yet failed to use them. Inefficient. Success chances have raised.
I fired at one marine, and the green beam lanced out with the power of a gauss blaster. It struck the marine in the back, and it's powerplant began to erode. It swung towards me as it's power died and it became extremely sluggish, it's purple and black armor struggling to pull it's pistol.
It got it's gun up and shot me in the chest twice before I returned fire. My beam struck him in the colar and began to eat into it's helmet, then head. It screamed in inhuman rage, as it's black eyes dissolved. By that point, I was already running to the door. Success chances rising.
It's kin noticed it's death and drew bolt pistols. One aimed at us and fired. I twisted, drawing the human away. It was still struck, and it's arm exploded at the shoulder. Success chances lowering.

The door opened, and the squad defending the bridge peeked in. One got their head blown off, and the rest ducked back. I jumped through with my cargo, and closed the door. I shot the controls, ruining them. I turn to the scared squad leader, and hand him the catatonic human.
"Orders: Go to medical. Stabilize high priority target. Failure will result in flaying of yourself, comrades, and family." I state.
He stared at me, and I drew my sword with my off hand. He looks at it, then shudders. "A-ay mam. M-MEN, MOVE IT! GO GO GO! MOVE YOUR FUCKING ARSES!" He roars.
As they leave, I step back into a forming portal. I put away my weapons, and draw my Synaptic Disintigrator. It was time for a hunt. Success chances raising.
I twist, and flow through the dimensions. Green hall's mark my targets as they finally break through the bridge doors. Inside the bridge are the tortured corpses of the crew who hadn't escaped. Irrelevant.
They ripped through the door in a matter of seconds, and walked out one by one. Their helmets looked around, and spotted the blood leading away. It has been 2.725 minutes from when objective was taken away. Inefficient.
They began walking at a sedate pace down the hall, following the blood. Resistance began to be put forward, but they didn't care, just killing whatever was in front of them. Irrelevant.
I appeared in the bridge, and peaked down the hall. In one smooth motion, I raised my rifle, aimed, and fired. The one on the right twitched, and fell to its kneed. I fired again, and it fell flat.
The last twisted and fired at me, but I was gone. I stepped calmly through a portal, and began to stalk. Success chances rising.
I watched as solid chokepoints were fully manned, and the shock and awe faded. The marine got pinned, and slowly surrounded. The noose closed slowly, and the marine attempted to break through.
A crew mounted auto cannon opened up, along with shotguns, las bolts, and more. The marine dodged, ducked, and tanked what he could, and almost .ade it before he stumbled. Fire focused, and the marine fell to its knees. Fire stopped, and the voidsmen closed in.
I emerged from my portal, uncaring of the guns pointing at me. I tilt my head and look at it. It was tall. I was barely taller then it, even on its knees.
"You will now die in agony." I state. I kick it in its ruined chestplate, and it fell back. It started laughing as I pulled my pistol out. It started screaming as I shot it. First it's arms, then legs. When it was just a nub, I shot its pelvis.
It was still alive, even as it's guts began to dissolve. It fell silent, and finally expired as it's upper chest desolved. I looked at it's head, and what remained of its chest. I stomped down, crushing the helmet.
"Threat neutralized. Begin searching for possible hostiles. Clear the bridge." I order. The voidsmen just stare at me, and I state. "Now. This ship is in battle. Failure is not tolerated." I state. I portal to med bay, and return to my charge. Success achieved. My record is yet spotless.
