Chapter 2 – Angeline – Alchemy

Marcus first took a deep breath and went by the fire and closed his eyes for a moment.

“Now, I can sense that I have 'Fmes' and 'Healing'; I seem to have no racial ability...”

He made a note within his mind and then thought about it.

“With Fmes and Healing, I at least have some protection.”

“My magicka pool is about to be one hundred fifty, greater than ordinary people.”

“This means that I do have some sort of magicka aptitude, which I would prefer.”

“If this were a game, Stealth Archer would make a funny build and way of life for me, but this is not a game.”

Marcus looked at the fire for a moment longer and noticed people that were drinking and then felt something.

  “Oh.”

  “There is alchemy..."

Marcus noticed that he was not—he did not have any kind of ability. This was some sort of aptitude and sense that was growing inside of him, but he believed.

The thing is that when he wanted to remember the facts and knowledge about the lore and game knowledge, it was funny, but it did work.

He was able to remember the crucial details that he would not remember just by pying the game.

“This is my most important ability and edge," he said to himself.

  After some thought.

  Conrad nodded.

  “Not fishing or anything.”

“I should focus on alchemy first," he said to himself.

  “Blisterwort and Wheat...”

With the recipe within his mind, he left the inn and then went to the wilderness by leaving the solitude.

The distances were a little bit far, but he was getting used to it. Also, the air was cold and moving constantly made things easier and made him feel more of a warmth.

He looked around, and in no time, he found wheat and blisterwort, as these two pnts were pretty common across the nds of Skyrim, and Marcus had some idea where to find them.

After finding about five sets of wheat and five blisterwort, Marcus went back to Solitude.

It was easy but still took him three hours going back and forth and finding.

With the cold weather, he was feeling weaker as the time went on.

He looked around and then smiled as he found the pce he was looking for.

  “Angeline Aromatics.”

  He murmured.

This was one of the pces where he could find and use an alchemy table without any problem.

  “I can only hope.”

“Angeline would say nothing to me using the table," he thought and entered.

As expected, it was bigger and more different than in the game; the smell was also a big factor, as there was no smell when he was pying the game.

There were ten to fifteen people buying and talking with Angeline as he noticed the woman.

He looked at it for a moment and then said.

“May I use your alchemy table?"

She looked at the young man for a moment and then smiled.

“You can, but do not break the gss, or you will have to pay for it.”

Marcus let out a cold breath and grinned as he went to the alchemy table.

  “So...”

“I just need to focus on mixing the two things; it must not be that hard.”

Marcus did not know much about alchemy and had some problems and stress about what he should do, but luckily for him, when he focused on the table and wanted to make a health potion, he instinctively knew what he should do.

It was like his leveling system that he could feel; the perks took some control.

“So, the perks and leveling system are more integrated into the reality, not like the game system, but they are still there, just more natural to real life, not like in the game.”

With this, Marcus focused, and then after ten minutes, he looked at the five sets of vials on the side of the alchemy table.

“I can feel and understand that these potions are okay.”

While he thought as he looked, Angeline came to her side in a fsh and then looked at the five vials and nodded.

“Not that great; you are an amateur in alchemy but still talented."

  Marcus nodded.

“I am not used to it; I'm just trying.”

  Angeline nodded.

“I can see that, but you do not need to put yourself down. You are better than many; most people can not even create a health potion like you did.”

“This potion should be able to give you rest and be good enough for small cuts and such.”

“What do you want to do these ?”

  Marcus thought and then asked.

“Would you like to buy them from me?"

  Angeline smiled.

“I don't see why not” and answered.
