Well, I heard someone complain about the chapters not being in order. Since there is not much I can do about that, I decided to make a small Table of Contents. Not like it's really necessary at this point though -_-'

  And now that that stuff is out of the way! We have some something interesting before I release the chapter! Well... It would be much easier to release the entire thing once I finish it, but leaving a hint or two to completely mess with your heads is perfectly fine in my book.

  Stab, Stab, Stabbidy stab, the knife sinks slowly into my chest

  I slammed my fist into the table. A large snap was heard as a crack spread diagonally across it. I gritted my teeth and closed my eyes, forcing myself to chase the voice away. I could feel the cold metal against my hand, the illusionary knife finding its way into my grasp.

  Hehehe, is little Aren actually close to breaking?

  Isn’t it about time you joined me?

  It just takes one little knife thrust.

  Right to the heart.

  And now that I've finally gotten over my fever, I can start releasing chapters more frequently again. (I feel reaaaaally bad for not releasing these chapters sooner.) So here is the teaser for chapter 9. Be forewarned, this one is a bit more of a tease than most.

  “No.” Was the brother ghoul’s reply.

  “I’m going to kill you!” Ross screamed, tearing himself away from the cage and scanning the wall behind him for the keys.
