  I, Aldric by right of blood and conquest King of Garria,

  Here do by declaring Garria open to all native sons and daughters of Garria displaced during the Dark Reign of Thaddius, whether born on garrian soil or while in refuge in allied nations.

  Come home to Garria and help me rebuild our precious kingdom.

  After twenty long years, Garria welcomes you home.

  There is much work to be done and much opportunity. Land to be cultivated, cities and villages to rebuild, coin to be made.
