Day 153 FC:
Tharick exited his house, feeling refreshed after a night of milking and passion and ready for araining sessioerday, he learhe basics of Wild Magic by a fluke, allowing him to use cealing Magic. Of course, due to the perverted nature of his method, he was quite ashamed about it. But as they say, stick with what is w for you.
"Hah... Anreat day. Lilita and Tototo should arrive soon." Tharick stretched and muttered.
Finding a pce to sit oiently waited while idly practig the trick he learhe other day. After several minutes, he saw the duo entering the haven.
"Lilita, Tototo! You are here!" Tharick smiled. Although his lips were covered, his facial tentacles rose as if to mimic a smile.
"Brother Tentacles! Hi!" Lilita enthusiastically waved her small hands.
"Hello, Mr. Tharick." Tototo nodded.
"How are you today?" Tharick politely asked.
"Erm... We are fi is just that..." Lilita hesitated for a moment before looking at Tototo.
"A branch manager of the Heavenly Indulgerading Firm approached us on our way here. She gave us a job as low-end saleswomen." Tototo warily scratched her cheek.
"The Heavenly Indulgerading Firm?!" Tharick became startled.
The Heavenly Indulgerading Firm was the biggest (and only) trading firm iire Court of Excess. It sold many things, including rare magical ingredients, tris and artifacts, exotic foods, debt servants, natural resources, elixirs, and more.
Of course, one had to pay appropriately. The most on payment was barter, followed by material currency, such as Feywild Gold, Ruones, Ented Gems, and Crystalized Moonlight. And, of course, one could sell abstract things, such as Favors, Lifespan, Time, Freedom, Dreams, Secrets, Memories, and even parts of the soul.
One could buy many things, but everything had an appropriate price.
"Wait, what?!" Evile exited the house at this time, also startled. "How did that happen?"
"Well..." Tototo started narrating.
.
.
.
Fifteen minutes prior-
Lilita and Tototo were invisible while flying toward Tharick's and Evile's home.
But just then-
"Hello, cuties~." An enting voice sounded from the front as a purple mist appeared.
"W-What?!" Lilita widened her eyes in horror.
"Lilita, stay behiototo defensively flew in front and gred at the purple mist. "Who are you? Please state your business."
"Five me for my abrupt introdu, little cuties~. Allow me to introduce myself." The mist said and formed an enting woman.
She was a tall woman with purple skin painted with pink tattoos, silver hair, four horns, bat wings, and a pointy tail. Her perfect legs only wore bck high heels and fishogs, and her upper body wore a long-sleeved red outfit lined in golden gs with a chest opening that revealed her deep cleavage. Her silver hair was tied in a ponytail, revealing her seductive fad calg eyes, and she had a golden monocle on her left and a bck top hat on her head.
"Succubus?!" Tototo immediately went on high alert.
Succubi were on the same level as Fairies and Dryads, at least 6th-level creatures that evolved from Imps. While not as votile as a feral monster, a Succubus was no less dangerous. It truly depended on what she wanted.
"Settle down, cutie. I mean no harm. I am Brizae, a minor branch manager of the Heavenly Indulgerading Firm." The succubus gave a charming smile and made a mert's bow.
"Heavenly Indulgerading Firm?" Tototo widened her eyes before frowning.
"The one and only. By the way, how may I call you two little cuties?" Brizae offhandedly asked.
"Lilita is Lilita." Lilita warily answered.
"You may call me Tototo, and we are not ied in buying your things," Tototo said, wanting to leave as soon as possible.
Brizae's eyes fshed and her smile broadened.
"Oh, cutie. I am not here to buy or sell, I am here to recruit you and the cute mun over there." Brizae narrowed her eyes and poi Lilita.
"Hah?" Lilita and Tototo bliheir eyes in fusion.
Brizae didn't expin and iook out two pendants inscribed with a sigil and runes and made them float toward Tototo and Lilita.
"These pendants prove that both of you are now grassroots saleswomen of lorious firm. As a saleswoman, your job is to..." Brizae purposefully prolonged her speaking, waiting for an answer.
"Buy ahings?" Lilita asked with a strange look while holding the pendant.
Brizae took out a bell and rang it with a tiny hammer in the air with a smile.
"Ding*!* Ding*!* Ding*! That's right! Buy ahings. We sell the things we need less to buy the things we need more! Such is the nature of trading. And who do you o seek as a saleswoman?" Brizae asked again, expeg an answer.
"ers?" Lilita answered again with the same strange look.
"Ding*!* Ding*!* Ding*! Correct again! You are on a roll, kiddo! Have a lollipop as a reward." Brizae gave a perfect toothy smile as she took out a colorful lollipop and ha over.
"Keep your dy to yourself!" Tototo flew between Lilita and the Succubus and gred.
"Eh. Your loss." Brizae shrugged, took back the lollipop, and started lig it.
"Aw... But Lilita wa..." Lilita miserably muttered.
Tototo's lips twitched in annoyance befring at the succubus again, "What do you want? Nothing es for free."
"Well, of course not, silly! I would be out of a job if everything were free." Brizae rolled her eyes while rolling the wrist that held the lollipop. "You see, I got an expansion order today and am in dire need of extra hands. So I went to look for talents, and you two fetched my eye. Rejoice! It isn't every day you work for Her Majesty."
"What are our obligations and rewards as saleswomen?" Tototo asked.
"Ah, right to business. Well, the best news is that you have NO OBLIGATIONS! Also, while wearing those pendants, no one in the Court of Excess will dare attack you as long as you don't antagohem. Your job as a saleswoman is to look for potential ers and bridge a tract. As a reward, you will receive a cut of whatever they buy or sell or its equivalent if not divisible or you don't want it. No work, no pay. Work, and you get a fat pensation." Brizae grinned.
She then pointed with her lollipop at the two pendants. "These beauties have three funs. First, they have a unication fun. Sed, it guide you to my branch store. And third, they have spatial ste. You o first hook a er into buying or selling something, and then you go py fetch for whatever they need. Remember to NOT py fetch BEFORE they accept our terms."
She then raised her lollipop and solemnly spoke.
"The Heavenly Indulgerading Firm is the best (And Only) Trading Firm in the Court of Excess, and as such, we have a reputation and iy to uphold! We keep fair prices, er satisfa, swift delivery, secrecy, and safety as our utmost priority! And we may never use secrets obtaihrough the shop against our ers(Uhey traded them)! Here, it says it in bd white."
The lollipop in her hand vanished with a poof, repced with a scroll she opened and pointed out the line.
"Eh..." Tototo and Lilita were already lost, bnkly staring at it.
"Anyways, you have a general guideline and an agreement dot in the pendant. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to tact me. Bye, cuties! Make me proud!" Brizae gave a friendly wink and vanished with a purple poof.
"..." Lilita and Tototo warily looked at each other before wordlessly vanishing again and taking a detour to Tharick's haven.
Several mier, Brizae reappeared a few miles away and took out a unication device.
"It is done, Mistress Ysabelle. The little cuties took the pendants." Brizae respectfully said.
[Good work, little Brizae. You have done a great service to our queens.] A gentle aive voice sounded from the unication device.
"I am hoo serve, My Mistress." Brizae fttered. She didn't care about the two pixies, but she did as her superior instructed, and that was all that mattered.
[Hmhmhm~. Py your cards right, and you might bee a Greater Succubus and a Seanager within a few years. But py your cards wrong...]
Ysabelle's tourned bloodthirsty and chilling, making Brizae sweat and tremble in fear. However, she didn't finish her words. Instead, her voice returo its gentle aive vibe.
[Don't disappoint me, Brizae. I have high expectations of you.] Ysabelle said.
"Y-Yes, Mistress..." Brizae said in a shaky voice.
After the unication ended, Brizae g where the two Pixies flew off and muttered, "You two better not screw up, or the mistress will fy me alive before throwio the blood games..."
With that, she stealthily flew back to her branch shop.
.
.
.
"And that's what happened." Tototo finished reting what happened.
"Suspicious," Thariented.
"Very suspicious." Evile agreed.
"What is? Lilita doesn't uand..." Lilita naively asked.
"That Succubus, Brizae, is likely the direct subordinate of The Lustraven or someone close to her," Tharick said.
"They used you to make tact with us. They likely kneould figure it out but didn't care." Evile added.
"Whether it is a subtle threat eempt to help us is unknown," Tharick shook his head.
"The only question is their motive." Evile sighed.
"I am afraid I don't know and dare not guess what the three queens would want with you. But they would have harmed you already if they had malicious iions." Tototo said with utmost certainty.
"True. They wouldn't need a roundabout way if they just wao hurt us." Evile agreed.
"What are your tract terms? And what we buy or sell? you show us those papers she gave?" Tharick asked Tototo.
"Oh, yes! Here." Tototo used the spatial ste fun of the pendant and took out two scrolls.
Tharid Evile took the scrolls ahrough them.
"Let's see... It says here you get 10% of the value of whatever you buy or sell but don't get wages otherwise. We must give you items we want to sell, and we will receive 70% pensation iurn after their value has been evaluated, and you will get 7%. Naining. Seems dired draian." Thariented.
"In the purchasing ledger, we buy anything purchasable. These include on Sundries, Clothes, equipment, magical ingredients, books, tomes, grimoires, magical metals, servants, and even corpses! But the price margin of the true worth and purchase price are wildly different. on Sundries have as little as 110% of the true worth, and high-end magical artifacts be sold as high as 1,000%! This is daylight robbery!" Evile excimed in shock.
"It says here that grassroots salesmen only accept material transas and ot bargain or accept immaterial goods. For that, you must go to a local branch. Some high-end or taboo items are also restricted by the direct permission of Queete or require immaterial goods. Wow... just wow. Is that pce run by demons and bloodsug vampires?" Tharick asked with a plicated look.
"Yes," Lilita replied and blinked.
"Oh... That expins things." Thariodded.
"Then again, the only alternative is private transas in this realm, and that has too many risks," Evile said and closed the scroll, having memorized it.
"As long as it isn't something immaterial, I am willing to trade. Si is backed by the Fey Queen herself, they are also bound by their words, so we don't o worry about anything." Tharick said.
"There is a prote cuse that says materials taken from a creature may not be used against it as long as it didn't sent to it. This is apparently to defend creatures that produatural products. If anyone breaks this rule, any harmful effect they cast would be reflected upohis also includes divination and curses. Knowing how weird Fey Magic is, it is likely authentic." Evile said.
"Are you insinuating I should sell my liquid?" Tharick was taken aback.
"Why not? If I, Tototo, and Lilita each have one portion out of 10, we have 7 leftovers. Why 't we use them for trading for what we need?" Evile smiled.
"True. I was looking for where to get rid of the excess." Thariodded.
Every night, he was regurly milked ten times, partially for his training, and had plenty of leftover goods. He was already sidering how to use those, and now, he had the opportunity.
"Okay, then after ur lesson, you help sell some of my liquid?" Tharick asked.
"Are you sure?" Tototo asked.
"I am positive about this. The only question is if you are willing." Tharick replied.
"Okay, Brother Tentacles! We'll help!" Lilita exged a look with Tototo and they both smiled.
They would be stupid to not accept the deal.
Four hours ter, the two Pixies flew off toward the branch store.
