The city of Aegis-5 was a marvel of human ingenuity—soaring spires of glass and steel, neon veins threading through streets of polished metal, and the hum of cybernetic life weaving into the pulse of the Earth itself. Buildings wrapped around hundred year old trees, using methods of preservation. In the heart of the city lives Eclipse, a guardian between the old and the new. Long had she monitored the city she had called home. She had not always been aware of her divine calling, once a wanderer like most of the population, she lived the day to day hum drum. The spirits had chosen her to be the guardian- a protector of the balance between human ambition and the wild, untamable heart of nature. Blessed by the Celestial Veil, she bore the power of ice and water, her touch capable of turning molten circuits to frost and coaxing life from desolation. Animals trusted her, drawn to her presence as if she were the moon itself, and even the most broken souls could find solace in her healing hands. Yet, she did not shun progress. Unlike the spirits before her, she embraced technology, wielding it as both shield and tool, knowing that rejecting change meant extinction. This is her story.
