In the Beginning ... There Was Stryx is the story of Siluastryx, a young female dragon who is part of a community that traverses various regions of space on a cluster of asteroids which they call home. In school, she and her classmates are given an assignment to create something long-lasting. She struggles with what to build and finally settles on bestowing the building blocks of creation to a world that is able to sustain the most fragile forms of life.
