Kezi: I want light!

Time: Twenty-two years ago. Location: Above an uninhabited island in the Atlantic Ocean.

Above the high clouds, Aphrodite's curly golden hair fluttered in the wind, behind her silver armor with a pair of semi-transparent wings shrouded in white light occasionally appearing. Her figure was tall and slender, pursing her lips, her facial features had an indescribable classical beauty. Now she summoned the angel's protective wings, standing on the clouds, emitting a holy aura all over her body. However, her azure eyes revealed an incredible expression, staring intently at another person standing in the air one hundred meters away.

He was just a fifteen or sixteen-year-old big boy, wearing a pair of gold-rimmed glasses with colored lenses on the bridge of his nose, and dressed in the most common casual wear on the Eastern Continent. The sunlight in the high sky was very strong, so the color of the lenses became very deep, making it impossible to see his eyes clearly, but the expression on his face was obviously playful. What's more special was that he held a black, about one-foot-long, ornamental scepter in his hand, with a curved handle and a disk-shaped head, both of which were carved with a coiled black dragon.

Aphtharta had studied the languages and customs of these pagans before going to the Eastern Continent to spread the gospel under the command of the Pope, so she could recognize that the thing in the boy's hand was called Ruyi. Ruyi is a common auspicious object among the pagans on the Eastern Continent, which means auspicious as one wishes. Aphtharta looked down on them in her heart: "Ignorant pagans, how can they have such foolish behavior? Can they pray for blessings just by holding something called Ruyi? They are not children of God!" At the same time, she also felt amazed, and no matter what, she couldn't see what kind of magic the boy was using to stand in mid-air.

Aphrodite was taken aback, while the Wind Gentleman opposite her, holding a black Ruyi, muttered to himself: "Wow, wings are out, where did this bird-like girl come from? So cool and stylish!" The Wind Gentleman was not facing Aphrodite alone; beside her stood four swordsmen with cross-shaped long swords. Behind the swordsmen, a mage and two high-ranking priests were casting air magic to suspend their figures in mid-air. These three priests, who took turns using air magic to lead this team flying over the Atlantic Ocean to the Eastern Continent, were all top-notch magicians from the Western Continent.

Feng Junzi was still puzzled, when Aphrodite spoke up: "Little friends from the Eastern Continent, why are you blocking our way?" Her Eastern language was quite fluent, and her voice sounded good, but her pronunciation was a bit awkward.

Feng Junzi saw her and asked, shaking his head with a smile: "The Zhixu country in the central mainland behind me is my hometown. You come to my home, it should be me asking you why, shouldn't it?"

Aphtharte: "We have come to save the people of God, to show miracles to the devout followers of God and to spread the Gospel."

Feng Junzi nodded: "Oh! I understand, you are here to preach."

Aphthenta: "Yes, we are the Pope's envoys, here to help missionaries in distress on the Eastern Continent. You can step aside now?"

Feng Junzi: "If you're here to visit, we welcome you! If you're here to preach, I won't oppose it either, as religious beliefs are free here. But since you're not locals and not ordinary people, if you want to work here, you must agree to my three conditions."

Aphrodite grew impatient: "Terms? We never speak of terms with heathens. My courtesy tells me not to use force on you, but do not test my patience."

The smiling face of Feng Junzi suddenly changed: "Heretic? Get out of my sight! What's heresy? I don't recognize God! Just for this sentence, get all of you out of here, otherwise I'll beat you up!... Next time you talk to me, let God come in person!"

The last sentence was spoken, and the opposite side was furious. The two high-ranking pastors did not chant and directly released a mid-level fire spell. Feng Junzi's figure was immediately surrounded by a sea of flames. The four Temple Knights drew their long swords and slashed out four arcs with cross-shaped light, intersecting in the center of the sea of flames. Even the strongest warriors on the Western Continent would be beaten into hell under this blow.

However, a strange thing happened. The sea of fire and the arc of light seemed to be non-existent, or rather, the Wind Gentleman was non-existent, because he was not affected in the slightest. The Wind Gentleman walked out of the sea of fire with his black staff in hand, bringing with him a trail of flames, passing through the arc of light, stirring up a burst of fine silver sparks. Then, just like buying tickets and queuing to visit a park, he stepped forward towards Aphrodite. Aphrodite discovered that beneath his feet was a layer of dark clouds, a thin fog in the shape of a carpet, which he tread upon as if taking a stroll, floating in mid-air. What is this? Black magic? But this person didn't seem like an undead necromancer?

Ice magic, slow magic, paralysis magic, and dizzy magic flowed out one after another onto Feng Junzi's body, a speed that only a top-notch high-level magician could achieve. Unfortunately, these spells had no effect on Feng Junzi, who continued to float in the air. The four Temple Knights pointed their swords at the sky and sang in unison, launching their strongest attack - Judgment of the Gods. A huge white cross appeared in the sky, carrying an irresistible divine power that descended, but Feng Junzi simply waved his hand and walked through it.

The last member of the team, a pastor, finally began to chant in a low, muffled voice. For a powerful wizard who could cast two different high-level spells at once, the difficulty of his chanting was unimaginable. The carefree Wind Gentleman also furrowed his brow upon hearing the chanting and shouted: "What are you yelling about?"

This sudden shout had the power of piercing through clouds and shattering the air, abruptly cutting off the pastor's chanting. Although Wind Gentleman seemed to be walking slowly, his speed was extremely fast, and in the blink of an eye he arrived in front of Aphrodite. Aphrodite had long since bestowed upon herself the blessing of the gods, as well as various magical enhancements sent by the pastor from behind, and she wore the radiant battle armor unique to the Temple Knights, which was forged with success using the combined light magic power of three Red Robe Archbishops before their deaths. With this, she was almost invincible!

Aphrodite reached for her sword, but Feng Junzi appeared before her in an instant, his left hand pressing down on the back of her right hand, preventing her from drawing it. With a swift motion, Feng Junzi raised his right hand and swung the black ruyi downwards towards her forehead without casting any magic or making any fancy moves. A golden shield flashed out from the Radiant Armor, while the priest behind added several shields and barriers to Aphrodite's head just in time. However, the black ruyi struck Aphrodite's forehead with a gentle tap, as if it had encountered nothing at all.

Aphrodite's forehead was struck, and a burst of golden stars flashed before her eyes. Her body swayed, almost falling from the sky. She immediately felt that the young man's attack had no magic or aura attached to it, just an ordinary slap. This kind of attack would normally never hit her body, but now she was actually hit!

Bang, bang, bang! Feng Junzi slapped Afutena's forehead several times, leaving a few red and swollen bumps. Afutena found that her magic was still usable, so she added a few mid-level healing spells to herself, which slightly alleviated the pain on her forehead. The sky suddenly fell silent, and everyone involuntarily stopped moving, staring at Feng Junzi with incredulous eyes.

"Feng Junzi withdrew his hand, took a step back, and pointed to his own nose, saying: "You guys are lucky today because you ran into me. If it were someone else, who knows what would have happened if we had really fought? At least no one is as gentle as I am! Remember my name, Feng Junzi... You, this blonde girl, I've never hit a woman before, let alone a Western beauty, you're lucky to be the first." After finishing speaking, he turned around and walked back in the direction he came from. Suddenly, after walking very far away, he turned his head again and pointed at Aphrodite: "Take your people and get out of here, leave now! If I see you again next time, watch out or I'll rape you!"

No one spoke, and everyone stared at Feng Junzi as if they were stunned. Feng Junzi seemed to smile with satisfaction, turned around and said: "Let there be light!"

As he spoke, he stretched out a finger and drew a circle in front of him. A huge ring of light appeared before his eyes, like a full moon. He walked into the ring with his hands behind his back and disappeared. The ring of light also vanished into thin air.
