We left Yoichi there, I hope Hana’s skill worked. We entered the building, looking around to see only a few people there

  !This is the building known as the Law and Document Hall!

  “So, what are we supposed to do here? People will gather near Yoichi and we will likely find out”

  “We will need to be quick. We have to take the documents on the local lords here and pn our attack on them”

  “I hope we can find them. My greatest fear is Yoichi waking up, he could be a big impediment to the pn”

  “We will see what to do about him after this”

  We are already in the Law and Document hall of the capital, Hana is the one gathering the documents while me and Liza are keeping guard in case anyone comes in.

  “It’s better if we stay outside Liza”- She didn’t say anything and just followed me outside.

  Yoichi is still there, seems like no one has found him yet.

  I am getting closer to Yoichi to see if he is awake.

  “I didn’t expect her to be this strong”- He seemed awake. Was he waiting for me to come out of the building?

  I didn’t reply, I just stared at him for a good minute.

  “Why aren’t you talking to me, Hikaru? What happened?”- Yoichi tried to get up but my shadow tendrils were blocking him

  “Tell me, what did you do to get Hana on a wanted poster? What did you do to make her a criminal? Hana wasn’t like this when we were in our world? What has changed?”- Yoichi is trying to get up, but to no avail.

  “We found what we needed. Come on”- Hana exited the building. She took a long look at Yoichi

  “Hana, please. Answer one question. What the hell happened to you?”- I release Yoichi’s restrains. He could get up and walk toward Hana.

  “Well, this world is messed up. We were decred criminals for nothing. Now we have no choice but to live up to that name. Don’t you dare follow us Yoichi? I won’t hesitate to strike you down!”- Hana pushed Yoichi away from her. He is in a weak state right now and fell over. He closes his eyes after a few seconds.

  “Activate the disguise”

  I activated the disguise and we went outside of the capital.

  “What was that? With that guy. I mean, did you know each other before all of this?”- Liza asked us. I can feel the fear in her voice.

  “Yes, it’s a long story. The only thing we have to do now is get to the first lordship. I need the help of the other monsters so that we can infiltrate these institutions and make covert changes to this kingdom, or at least the capital. It should be big enough to get the attention of one of the lords but small enough as to not make the king suspicious. We will take care of the lords, but the institutions, you will need to do that with the rest of the monsters, I will disguise all of you with my skill to look human, and then we can continue to execute our pn”

  “I understand. I will get the others on the same page as me. You guys convinced me, you aren’t pying around”

  The 3 of us rushed to the monster camp.

  Long story short, Liza managed to get them on our side pretty fast.

  It took me around 3-4 hours to disguise all the monsters into humans with my skill. For some reason, my skills didn’t seem to work the first time on all of them.

  !Answer: The skill is used to your DNA and body shape. It took a few tries until I managed to use your skill on another person!

  Now that we were done we are headed to the first lordship of this kingdom. The Tendu lordship.

  “Liza, once we manage to take down the lordship in Tendu we will come back to you. Until then live here and try to get into as many institutions as possible. Once we manage to take over the first lordship we will put one of our own in charge.”- Hana and I packed everything we needed for the journey, and we left some supplies to the monster camp, it should st them for a few days. But those supplies will help them get more things that need to survive. We didn’t put that much thought into it, we just left them to figure out the rest. I don’t doubt that they will manage to survive but too much optimism hurts.

  “How are we going to take down the Tendu lordship?”- Hana questioned while we were departing from the monster camp

  “Well, our best option is to get them to our side, but I doubt this will be easy to do. An old-fashioned takedown will work better. I don’t kill the lord of the nd, maybe we can capture him and send him off to the monster nation”- This is the best solution I can come up with. It would be weird for all the lords to just die.

  “I have a better idea Hikaru.”- Hana looked at me with a devilish smile.

  “Let’s hear it”- I got closer to Hana, for some reason I wanted to think her idea was better than mine.

  “Well, let’s frame that all the lords betrayed the kingdom and joined the monsters in their war efforts. We can do this easily, we are monsters ourselves, and their helping us will constitute a crime. So, we can trick them this way and have them arrested ter on”

  “I have a better idea. Since I am a demon, I can do a contract with them. Them signing the contract with me will do the same thing and they will be executed either way, so why not make a fraudulent contract with an impossible condition that the lords can’t upkeep? If you can’t meet a condition of the contract that you sign, you will die. That will be the best option that we have. Although I don’t really want to kill them, this seems like the only good option that we have”
