  I just slept for a few minutes then heard Sia’s voice. Yeah, the monsters are coming for me. I only managed to kill 6 out of 100. 10 is a good number if I can manage to kill them.

  !Yes, on further analysis I detected that it can harvest human souls as well. It can harvest the soul of any target as long as the target is weaker than you. As you know you didn’t have to expend any mana since all of the monsters were weaker than you.!

  I stayed on the same spot in the path, not moving or doing anything. What is happening? Why is my evolution slower than Hana’s? What made me choose the short path for me and the long one for Hana? What was her pn?

  !It is simply better for Hana to have more strength, your skills are more for support than battle, and you are extremely strong for someone who supports you in battle. Even tho you don’t possess any healing skills you can still act as a support with your shadow skills, Hana’s skills are more for direct damage.!

  “Ok, I do understand that, but why would it hurt if I am strong as well?”- I am wondering why won’t Sia let me be as strong as Hana.

  !It wouldn’t but Hana has priority here. You still need to reach the kingdom where there will be only humans there, you will have an easy time fighting them, There is only 1 human in that kingdom that has evolved into a Sage and he is weaker than any one of you!

  “Evolved into a Sage? Do humans evolve here? I thought Sage was a css”- Wasn’t it, I saw that on my cssmates.

  !Maybe I didn’t tell you this but Sage is both a css and evolution, A human can gain this css after evolving into a Sage, summoned otherworlders have it easy by the fact that they can evolve the moment they get transported here. Their body wouldn’t normally be able to hold mana and will die, but when coming to this world their body is reconstructed. It is still vulnerable to high concentrations of mana but has little to no side effects from moderate mana concentrations!

  “And what about the Sage css? Is Sage css only used for mage or it can be taken after the st css?”

  !The Sage css is split into the the same number as the current csses, so if someone had the Assassin css before when they evolve into a Sage their css will change into Sage Assassin!

  “So, it takes after the st css that you had before evolution. Interesting. I want to know one more thing about how humans gain skills. I know that I just predate skill with Devourer but how will a human gain a skill?”

  !Monsters gain skills through predation and evolution while humans can do the same if they have the necessary skills they gain skills when they reach a certain level in their css. There is also the css prestige system. Every 50 levels humans can choose to upgrade their css and stats, their level will be set back to 1 but the stats will stay the same.!

  “Interesting. So it is different from monsters, I guess that their magic capacity increases as well, right?”

  !Affirmative. The magic capacity of a human is increased at every level, a monster’s capacity is only increased at evolution and no more, so you are stuck with your stats until you evolve. That’s the drawback of being a monster!

  “I never knew or noticed that until now, but it is as you say, my stats didn’t go up now that I look at them and I am almost on the evolution level”

  Great, I think some of my stats might be equal to or higher than Hana’s right now.

  !Some are lower than hers, for example, you have more mana than her but she has more attack, defense, and agility than you, but the 2 of you have the same hp stat number-wise!

  Okay, this is great! I don’t know how much I can evolve if I keep here but I should be able to reach at least 1 more evolutionary stage before that.
